Will the color look the same on every eye?

No. Natural eye color, lighting, skin tone and screen display affect the final result.

Can I use my glasses prescription?

Not automatically. Use only values from a valid contact lens prescription.

Why do prescription lenses take longer?

They are specially prepared with your selected values. Delivery is expected to take around two weeks in total from order confirmation, including preparation and DHL transit.

Can I return opened lenses?

For a standard withdrawal, the hygiene seal and product must remain unopened. Statutory rights for defects or incorrect delivery remain available.
