Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons, unless a statutory exception below applies. The period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period starts on receipt of the last item.
How to withdraw

You can email us or use the “Withdraw from contract” function on our website. The model form below is optional. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient. A postal letter is not required.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, except additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, without charging you a fee. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Return or hand over the goods to Marah Zahed, Hobackestraße 12, 45899 Gelsenkirchen, Deutschland without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. Sending them before the 14-day period expires is sufficient. You bear the direct return costs. You are liable for any diminished value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Your statutory rights for defects remain unaffected.
Statutory exceptions
- There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is governed by your individual choice, or are clearly tailored to your personal needs. Merely choosing a standard prescription power does not automatically make goods custom-made.
- For sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, the right expires if the seal is removed after delivery. What matters is the actual hygiene seal, not merely opening the shipping box.
- Your statutory rights for defective goods remain available in all cases.
